Maybe it's me, but the description said this was for Game Boy Advance SP/Nintendo DS. Well, it doesn't fit.
It Works and it Costs Less than a Buck (2009-04-01)
Yes, this is for the older version of Nintendo DS. It looks cheap. But it works, and it is less than a dollar (price I paid at that time).
We used to plug an AC adapter to a voltage converter which has a noisy fan. Our converter is also bulky and also take too much space, plus the additional cables.
Now we do not need the converter anymore. We can leave this in the car and have the DS AC adapter at home.
Didn't read review~NOT for DS Lite (2008-12-29)
**This charger does not work with DS Lite**
I did not read the last review, so had to find out the hard way that the charger I had bought does NOT work with the Nintendo DS Lite. I highly recommend the seller re-wording your title to read "Nintendo DS" (not DS lite) so that no one else makes the same mistake. It is a bit misleading IMHO. I guess I should know if there is a difference between DS and DS Lite, but this was a gift for my daughter, and I am not gaming savvy enough to know the difference!
not for ds lite (2008-07-29)
I'm not sure how well this product works because I have not taken it out of the box. After seeing the item up close, it's clear that it does NOT work with the DS Lite (what I bought it for). I am not familiar with all of the variations on gaming systems, so I assumed that "Nintendo DS" included the DS Lite. Don't make the same mistake I did.
